Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. This is a permanent role, with a focus on multi-family, commercial, and healthcare projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from healthcare facilities and educational institutions to multifamily housing and affordable housing projects. With a strong emphasis on strategic planning and budgeting, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to apply their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, and engineers, to ensure that all project objectives are met.
  • Develop and implement project schedules and plans, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, providing regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Continually evaluate project performance and implement improvements as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare, K-12, university, institutional, multifamily, and affordable housing projects.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A PMP certification would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and budgeting within the construction industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes, materials, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant technology.
  • A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethical conduct.
