We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and organized Dental Receptionist with a positive attitude to join our team. You are the "face" and "voice" of our practice—the first impression our patients have of ProSmile.

What You'll Do
As the first point of contact, you will be friendly and attentive to our patients' needs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the moment they walk in.
- Coordinate Patient Flow: Manage scheduling, patient paperwork, and general patient coordination efficiently.
- Manage Financial Activities: Handle payment collections and insurance card processing accurately.
- Maintain the Front Office: Ensure the reception area is organized, welcoming, and fully stocked with necessary supplies and literature.
- Support the Team: Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to keep the office running smoothly.

Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Computer competency and experience with multi-line phone systems.
- A professional and compassionate demeanor.
- An impressive ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
