What You’ll Do

Layout, Design and program PLC-based automation systems from the ground up
Connect PLCs to control panels and cabinets with precision and creativity
Integrate PLCs with industrial networks and lower-level electronics like PCBs
Integrating HMIs and different types of software into the over control system
Create detailed system documentation, BOMs, part lists, and startup run sheets
Collaborate with a tight-knit team of engineers who value clarity, curiosity, and craftsmanship

What You Bring

Strong command of PLC Programming and Ladder Logic
Proficiency in Electrical AutoCAD
Experience spec’ing and building automation systems, including:
- PLC connectivity to industrial networks (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus)
- PLC integration with PCBs and embedded electronics
- Control panel and cabinet design and assembly
- a BSEE or a BS in Computer Engineering, Physics or a related Engineering area is preferred.

Bonus points for experience in:

- Systems documentation and startup procedures
- Bill of materials and part list creation
