What you'll be doing
Canvassing neighborhoods and introducing homeowners to Gold Seal Roofing
Generating roof inspection appointments for our sales team
Building rapport and trust with homeowners face-to-face
Educating homeowners on roofing concerns, storm damage, aging roofs, and available solutions
Recording leads and appointments in ServiceTitan
Working neighborhoods before, during, and after active roofing projects
Supporting community events, home shows, and marketing campaigns when needed
Following up with homeowners who express interest
Representing the Gold Seal brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Moving fast. We're big on activity, consistency, and creating opportunities every day
Who we want

Comfortable walking neighborhoods and being outdoors every day
Positive attitude and abundant mindset
Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally
Tech-friendly (iPad, CRM, lead tracking tools)
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Door-to-door sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person.
