Aerotek is hiring Assemblers to help build high‑quality spa and hot tub accessories. This is a hands-on role involving insulation, drilling, riveting, trimming, measuring, and assembling components across multiple stations. You’ll work with hand and power tools, follow templates, and receive cross‑training at all 10 stations on the assembly line.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble spa and hot tub accessories (risers, covers, and more)
- Add insulation and trim
- Perform drilling, riveting, and screwing
- Use hand and power tools confidently
- Follow templates and take accurate tape‑measure readings
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Work across multiple stations with full cross‑training
- Support team members to keep production moving smoothly
What You Need
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read and measure accurately with a tape measure
- Experience with rivets, screws, and general assembly work
- Troubleshooting ability and solid production skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
Additional Skills
- Comfortable working with aluminum parts

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
