Position: Residential Live In Employee / part time Job to start Full time to be discussed
Compensation: Live in staff position Bedroom provided, with the opportunity to start working with part time hours and could become Full time hours guaranty $17 hourly pay workdays are to be discussed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The residential care aide assists the residential care administrator with the day-to-day care of residence with developmental disabilities, living in a community residential setting. This position monitors general resident activity to observe and report behavior/Progress of residents. Interact with residence positively and respectfully. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist in activities, such as bathing, grooming and dressing to train residents and daily self-care practices, converse with residence to reinforce positive behavior, and to promote social interaction prepare and serve meals and eat with residence to act as a role model. assist administrator and following recommended goals, teaching techniques behavior, management programs, etc. to assist individuals with increasing their productivity and independent living functions. train and monitor residence in the implementation and integration of independent skills, such as bed making, laundry etc. Observe and document residents' behavior, such as speech, feeding patterns, toilet training, to facilitate assessment and development of treatment goals. 
Requirements: HS diploma or GED prior to employment the candidate for this position must successfully pass a Level two background Screening, yearly Fingerprints, First Aid / CPR.
