We are seeking a bookkeeper to help manage all our finances. Your responsibilities will include tracking our organization’s revenue, expenses, and taxes, as well as producing financial reports. Responsibilities Below are some of the responsibilities a bookkeeper is expected to assume in their position: Prepare accounting records by compiling and analyzing account information Reconcile company's financial records to help ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Job Qualifications and Skill Sets Below are the qualifications expected of a bookkeeper: Related work experience in a small company (construction industry Helpful) or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and accounting systems Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks; experience with other tax preparation and accounting software Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Detail-oriented and able to prioritize Able to work independently and as part of a team Self-starter
