Pay- $25/hour
Dates: 12/30 - 1/9

- Focus on simplifying healthcare engagement for consumers and families.
- Responsibilities include compassionate customer service and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls only
- Resolve consumer inquiries and issues
- Provide updates on pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
