We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative who takes pride in providing exceptional client care and upholding our agencies reputation for quality and professionalism. This role focuses entirely on servicing existing clients, not cold-calling or chasing leads. Your mission is to ensure every client feels protected, valued, and understood while helping them uncover opportunities to better cover their assets with our full range of Farmers products, including life insurance.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to existing clients through prompt, professional communication via phone, email, and in-person.
- Proactively review client accounts to identify coverage gaps and opportunities to better protect their homes, autos, and families including life insurance.
- Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims assistance with precision and care.
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of all client interactions.
- Strengthen client relationships by encouraging referrals and requesting Google reviews following positive experiences.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to uphold our shared standard of excellence, integrity, and accountability.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a professional, client-first approach.
- Integrity and follow-through always doing what's right, even when no ones watching.
- A growth mindset and commitment to continual improvement.
- Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred (licensing support provided if not yet licensed).
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and multitasking between platforms.
- Ability to thrive working within a team.
