Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Facilitate a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration.
- Assess and monitor individual student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and needs.
- Organize and participate in daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization to create a positive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and share best practices.
- Encourage creativity through arts, crafts, and storytelling activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Valid state teaching certification for preschool education.
- Experience working with children ages 3-5 in a classroom setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
- Passion for fostering a positive learning environment and nurturing young minds.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
