VP of Finance, Manufacturing - Up to $200k + bonuses
A well-established manufacturing company with a global footprint is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join its executive leadership team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a key leadership role, offering strong visibility to the CEO and significant influence over financial strategy and operations. ***100% Onsite
Responsibilties:
- Lead all finance and accounting operations, partnering closely with the VP of Accounting
- Oversee financial reporting, cash management, and forecasting
- Drive financial analysis to support business strategy and decision-making
- Manage payroll, benefits, and 401(k) administration
- Coordinate with external partners, including CPA firm and IT provider
- Lead annual reviews, audits, and insurance renewals
- Collaborate cross-functionally across operations, leadership, and external advisors
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working with external accounting firms
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience
