Job Title: Assembler
Job Description
We are currently seeking an assembler to build custom commercial rooftop units and chiller units for data centers. The role involves using various hand and power tools, as well as assisting with general tasks around the shop such as sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleanup. As you progress, there will be opportunities to expand into other areas.
Responsibilities
- Build custom commercial rooftop units and chiller units for data centers.
- Utilize hand and power tools for assembly.
- Assist with general shop tasks including sweeping, shrink wrapping, and cleanup.
- Follow blueprints and schematics for mechanical assembly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Essential Skills
- Experience with general labor and mechanical assembly.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Familiarity with HVAC sheet metal and electrical wiring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or sheet metal is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.

Work Environment
Work in a large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings. Join a small, close-knit team where everyone is treated like family. Enjoy a casual dress code with steel toe boots required. The first shift runs from 5:30am to 3pm Monday through Thursday and 5:30am to 10am on Friday, with one 20-minute lunch break and two paid 10-minute breaks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
