Job Description Summary Job Summary Family Tree Ministry is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Intro to Preschool Teacher to assist in our faith-based program for children aged 2-3 years. In this role, you will help guide young learners as they explore, grow, and prepare for preschool in a Christ-centered environment. Duties Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities.</li>
<li>Encourage social, emotional, and spiritual development through nurturing interactions and play-based learning.</li>
<li>Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.</li>
<li>Support children during snack time, nap time, and other daily routines.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the lead teacher to monitor and communicate each child’s progress with parents.</li>
</ul>
 Requirements Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent (experience in early childhood education preferred).</li>
<li>A passion for working with young children in a faith-filled setting.</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li>
