Job Description

Our client, a dynamic third-party lead generation company, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Lead Generation Representatives to join their team in Minnetonka, MN. As a staffing partner, we are looking for individuals who are comfortable making outbound calls to prospective customers, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and working with provided scripts to engage leads.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment, with a flexible work-from-home schedule after completing two weeks of on-site training.

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Pay: $16/hourly

Schedule: Flexible hours (Must work a minimum of 30 hours weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company to generate appointments for sales representatives
  • Follow a prepared script and adapt your approach to build rapport and handle objections professionally
  • Accurately enter call notes and lead status updates into the company's system
  • Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
  • Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude while engaging potential clients

Requirements:

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone, handling various personality types, and overcoming objections
  • Must complete two weeks of on-site training; then transition to a remote work environment
  • High-speed internet access and a quiet, distraction-free workspace required
  • Previous call center or appointment-setting experience is a plus but not required - training and scripts are provided
