Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team! You will be working with our toddler team teaching children 18months - 2 years old. We are looking for teachers that have strong creative and problem-solving skills and someone who loves connecting with individual students and creating an engaging classroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and follow a comprehensive curriculum
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills
- Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques
- Communicate with parents and other school personnel
- Assess student's skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR state teaching certification - 12 units of ECE units
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Problem-solving and mediation skills
