Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be a part of our client's production team as a Production Operator and support the production of inorganic color pigments that are used worldwide for coloring in numerous industries such as construction, paints & coatings and plastics.
Duties / Experience
Charge, blend and package pigments as instructed by the blend, repackaging, or packaging sheets.
Troubleshoot equipment and make repairs commensurate with skill level.
Recognize defects in finished product such as lumps or streaking in finished product.
Prepare equipment for new blend by thoroughly cleaning to prevent cross contamination.
Complete all required company training.
0-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Other Information
Position requires the selected candidate to possess a high degree of sensory attention and visual inspection of the product throughout the manufacturing process. A valid driver license is required together with the successful completion of pre-employment drug and background checks.
