Role
We’re looking for a Document Solutions Coordinator to handle the day-to-day work that keeps our records organized and accessible. In this role, you’ll scan and file documents, help manage both paper and digital records, and support the flow of information across the credit union.
What you’ll do:
- Scan, image, and index documents accurately.
- Prepare files for storage or shredding once they’ve been processed.
- Organize incoming mail and route it to the right department.
- Maintain clear and accurate records in our systems.
- Follow established procedures for handling sensitive information.
What we’re looking for:
- Attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Ability to stay organized and manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
