Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Labor & Delivery RN for a respected maternity care unit in Smyrna, Tennessee. This night‑shift role is ideal for an L&D RN confident in supporting patients through labor, birth, and postpartum recovery.

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care during all stages of childbirth
Perform maternal/fetal assessments and interpret fetal heart tracings
Support vaginal deliveries, OB emergencies, and neonatal stabilization
Administer medications and assist with epidural/analgesia care
Collaborate with OB providers, CNMs, anesthesia, and nursery teams
Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR system
Schedule Details
3×12‑hour night shifts
36 hours/week
13‑week assignment
Qualifications
Active RN license (TN or compact)
Minimum 1 year recent L&D RN experience
BLS & NRP required; AWHONN preferred
Strong perinatal assessment and clinical‑decision skills
