Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing new business within the corporate, hospitality, and event sectors while nurturing existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, hospitality, or transportation, and a solid understanding of AI tools in communication, marketing and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and building relationships across corporate travel, hotels, destination management companies, and event planning sectors.
- Conduct on-site visits and presentations to promote Premier’s transportation services and customized group logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Use CRM and AI-based tools for lead generation, client follow-up, and campaign automation.
- Represent Premier Transportation at local and national networking events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide regular reporting, market feedback, and growth insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of outside sales experience in hospitality, transportation, events, or marketing industries, is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or Communications preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, team-oriented, and self-motivated.
