Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced BCBA or Educational Behavior Specialist to provide in-person support in the Atascadero, CA area. This role is travel-based, serving multiple school locations, and runs ASAP through the end of the school year. Ideal candidates will be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs and bringing behavioral expertise into educational settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Psychology or Special Education with BCBA certification, OR
• Valid California Education Specialist Credential or Pupil Personnel Credential in School Psychology with Autism Authorization

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized behavioral assessments and interventions grounded in evidence-based practices
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behavior support plans
• Providing training and coaching to staff on behavioral strategies and data collection
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed to achieve positive educational outcomes

This role requires strong communication skills, flexibility for travel among schools within the region, and a dedication to fostering student growth in an inclusive environment. The position is in-person and offers the stability of a 1.0 FTE commitment.
