YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR MASTER PLUMBER
As our Master Plumber, you'll do more than just plumbing work-you'll be building the foundation of a division. Each day brings variety and opportunity, including:
- Leading and mentoring apprentice plumbers to develop the next generation of talent
- Diagnosing, installing, and repairing residential plumbing systems (with some light commercial work)
- Collaborating with our HVAC team on integrated projects
- Ensuring all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards
- Communicating clearly and respectfully with customers to provide solutions they can trust
- Working closely with company leadership on hiring, training, and operational strategies
SCHEDULE
- Full-time position with steady work year-round
- Occasional on-call rotation as needed
REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a customer-first attitude:
- Valid Master Plumber License
- 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and team development
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
