Responsibilities also include managing contractor supported planning, training, and exercise initiatives funded through preparedness grants to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and in compliance with grant requirements. The Coordinator provides subject matter expertise and technical guidance to healthcare coalition partners on preparedness planning, training, and exercise development. The position serves as a regional liaison and works collaboratively with state and federal partners to support healthcare preparedness initiatives, ensure alignment with statewide preparedness strategies and federal preparedness guidance, and advance regional healthcare system readiness.
