Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. This role is essential to fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality. A Department of Transportation (DoT) Medical Card must be obtained within the probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements

• Verify product quantities and quality prior to packing

• Label and prepare orders for shipment

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)

• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

• Comply with all company policies and safety procedures

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues or discrepancies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to obtain a DoT Medical Card within the probationary period

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs

• Basic math skills for order verification

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
