Construction company seeking Accounts Payable Assistant with Quickbooks experience.
Must have at least 3 years experience.
Must have good working knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel and general computer use.
General knowledge of construction materials preferred but not required.
Must be organized and efficient with your time and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but not limited to accounts payable, data entry, filing. Spanish speaking is a plus. Marketing experience is a plus.
Experience:
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Quickbooks.
- Experience with accounts payable.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Flexible Hours Minimum of 32 hours required
