This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) focused on neurology, working weekend night shifts at our facility. The position entails delivering patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with various departments, and upholding patient confidentiality and care standards. Position Details:Registered Nurse (RN) – Neurology | Weekend Option
Location: Our facility - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128
Schedule: Weekend Option (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) | Full-Time | 36 hours/week
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Weekend Differential: Earn an additional $20/hour for all hours worked from Friday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM.
Sign-On Bonus:

Experienced Nurses: Up to $10,000

New Graduate Nurses (less than 1 year of experience): Up to $5,000
Role Overview
This position utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care. The RN is accountable for the care provided to assigned patients and assesses the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. The role involves coordinating patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained. Responsibilities are carried out in alignment with our mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with one of the following:
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or have compact licensure as per state nursing board regulations.
Experience: Prior hospital experience is preferred and may be required based on the unit.
Certifications:
- Required: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, or completion within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: BSN is preferred
- Licensure: Additional state licensure or specialty certifications are preferred
- Experience: Previous experience in a specialty area or similar clinical environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the shift
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary to perform nursing duties
