Job Details:

• 48-hour guarantee position (36-hour guarantee not available)
\n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
\n• No on-call responsibilities
\n• Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatric patient population
\n• Participates in patient and family teaching
\n• Provides leadership working with ancillary nursing and patient care team
\n• Float to Kingsbury unit as needed
\n• Work with Epic EMR system
\n• Professional scrubs required (traveler provided, no logos)
\n• 2+ years medical surgical experience required
\n• Cardiac drip experience required
\n• Dementia experience and management required
\n• NIHSS experience strongly preferred
\n• Epic experience required
\n• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
\n• New Hampshire nursing license required
\n• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility
\n• Personal vehicle required (no public transportation available)
\n• Block scheduling not accommodated
\n• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission
\n• Medical/occupational health compliance items must be completed within 5 days of offer acceptance
