We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiterto join our team! You will perform activities in human resources such as sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare providers.
This is a remote position, but you must be local (within 50 miles) of the Midland/Odessa area.
This is a 1099 position and can be performed as a side job.
Responsibilities:

<li>Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees</li>
<li>Provide management with requested reports and documents</li>
<li>Accurately maintain employee files</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields</li>
<li>Knowledge of labor and employment laws</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with all candidates</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
