Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to provide essential support at an elementary school located in Aurora, CO. This onsite, full-time contract role is scheduled to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 22. The position offers an engaging caseload of roughly 40 students, delivering a wide range of school psychology services within a vibrant educational setting.

Responsibilities for this role include conducting assessments, collaborating with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans, and supporting students' social-emotional and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate will bring energy and positivity to the role, demonstrating exceptional communication and interviewing skills to clearly convey their experience and expertise during the two-step interview process first with the Special Education Coordinator and subsequently with the School Principal.

Key qualifications and desired experience:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an engaging and positive demeanor
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting
