- Healthcare Setting: Acute Care, Emergency Department (18 beds, 3 trauma bays)\n
- Shift: 12-Hour Nights\n
- Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed)\n
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/25/2025, End: 2/24/2026)\n
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1570–$1680 per week\n
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
- Holiday Requirement: Rotated with permanent staff\n
- Self-scheduling: Allowed, with manager approval\n
- Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue (jacket same color or white)\n
\n\nER Registered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience in U.S. healthcare settings\n
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Georgia or compact state\n
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required\n
- TNCC certification preferred\n
- Strong skills in IV insertion, critical care drips, and multitasking in a busy ER\n
- Experience with ICU holds and community hospital environments preferred\n
- Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips\n
- Excellent communication, customer service, and patient satisfaction focus\n
\n\nER RN Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to diverse ER patients (average 90/day, up to 140/day during peak)\n
- Independently manage ER holds and provide care in safety rooms for psychiatric patients\n
- Perform triage and prioritize patient care as needed\n
- Troubleshoot and operate respiratory therapy equipment (Vents, BiPap, CPAP, High Flow)\n
- Draw labs and assist with general tech duties as part of clinical support\n
- Collaborate with physicians, mid-level providers, and healthcare support staff\n
- Maintain accurate documentation using T-system and Thrive charting systems\n
- Participate in a comprehensive unit-specific orientation (3 shifts)\n
