Job Summary:

Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist (Analyst) to join our team at our Garland, TX office. This role involves providing top-notch customer service by handling calls and service requests for a large client, managing customer portals, and running reports using advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be skilled in problem-solving, communication, and data management.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Reporting: Create and manage detailed reports using advanced Excel features (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to organize large data sets.
  • Customer Service: Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, addressing service issues and complaints swiftly and efficiently.
  • Escalation Management: Identify priority issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed of service status, ETAs, and updates via phone and email.
  • Portal Management: Oversee and maintain the customer portal, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Data Entry: Log calls, follow-ups, and all related information accurately in the call tracking system.
  • General Office Support: Assist with additional office tasks as needed.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Time Management: Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of customer service principles, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general PC navigation.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle detailed work, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to maintain patience and professionalism when dealing with customer feedback.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work evenings or Saturdays if required.


Education and Experience:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment.
  • 2 years minimum of customer service experience through the use of telephone & email
