Ready to take the next step in your rehabilitation career? Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our rehabilitation team at Whispering Creek Care Center in Janesville, MN.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys mentoring others, building strong facility relationships, and making a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and team success. As Rehab Director, you'll combine hands-on patient care with day-to-day leadership of a collaborative rehabilitation department serving adult and geriatric patients.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and department workflow
- Provide clinical oversight while supporting quality patient outcomes
- Coach, mentor, and support therapy team members
- Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve operational and clinical goals
- Provide direct patient care while maintaining productivity expectations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Minnesota Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
