Job Description

A Customer Service Trainer is responsible for preparing customer service representatives to deliver exceptional client experiences. They design and lead engaging training programs that develop communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge skills, ensuring that every team member aligns with the company’s standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs for customer service teams

  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new customer service hires

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement

  • Monitor customer interactions and identify coaching opportunities

  • Create training materials, guides, and manuals

  • Support continuous improvement of service standards

  • Collaborate with team leaders to ensure consistency in service delivery

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a customer service trainer, supervisor, or team lead

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices

  • Ability to motivate and inspire others

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in training or coaching is a plus
