Job Description
A Customer Service Trainer is responsible for preparing customer service representatives to deliver exceptional client experiences. They design and lead engaging training programs that develop communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge skills, ensuring that every team member aligns with the company’s standards of excellence.
Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for customer service teams

Conduct onboarding sessions for new customer service hires

Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement

Monitor customer interactions and identify coaching opportunities

Create training materials, guides, and manuals

Support continuous improvement of service standards

Collaborate with team leaders to ensure consistency in service delivery
Qualifications

Proven experience as a customer service trainer, supervisor, or team lead

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices

Ability to motivate and inspire others

Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technologies

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in training or coaching is a plus
