Overview:
We are a dynamic commercial art corporation based in Miami Lakes, currently seeking a Telecast Coordinator to join our fast-paced Online Auction Division. This role is crucial to the success of our live auction broadcasts and requires a detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong clerical and administrative support to the Online Auction team
- Assist in the coordination and execution of live telecasts
- Monitor broadcasts to ensure seamless production
- Manage documentation, records, and scheduling tasks efficiently
- Quickly adapt to changes during live broadcasts
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications:
- Strong clerical background with excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional English grammar and communication abilities (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient with computers and standard office software
- Able to work effectively under pressure in a high-intensity environment
- Comfortable adapting to rapid changes on short notice
- Proven experience in an administrative role within the entertainment or related industry is highly desired.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Composed and resourceful in a live broadcast setting
- Sharp multitasker with quick reflexes and a team-oriented attitude
- Driven, professional, and enthusiastic about supporting a creative team
- Knowledge of casting processes and terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
Schedule:
- Part-time (30-35 Hours a week)
- Must be available during live auction events and extended hours as needed
- Thursday - 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Friday - 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
- Saturday - 10:00 am - 4:30 pm and 5:30 pm - 11:00 pm (could run longer)
- Sunday - 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm (could run longer)
