Legal Billing Specialist
Cleveland, OH | Hybrid (4 Days in Office, 1 Day Remote)
Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist to join our team in the Cleveland office. This role will be responsible for handling both traditional billing and e-billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client guidelines

Manage e-billing submissions and troubleshoot any related issues

Collaborate with attorneys and clients to address billing inquiries

Assist in month-end and year-end billing processes

Maintain billing records and ensure timely payments
Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of experience in a legal billing position

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
