Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and client communication with professionalism and warmth
- Support inside sales and prepare quotations
- Order supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Process invoices and handle bill payments
- Oversee customer service workflows and documentation
- Assist with project coordination and internal communications
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sign industry experience or similar administrative, customer service, or inside sales role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; sign industry software a plus
- Experience using AI platforms is a bonus
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused
