About Fractal Education

Fractal Education is a fast-growing investment group focused on becoming the top owner and school infrastructure provider for independent branded early childhood education centers in Texas. The organization’s approach preserves the unique identity and culture of each center while building a world class support organization to deliver institutional quality services and brand standards for the entire system. Fractal Education’s goal is to optimize the quality of each center as the local’s favorites and long-term leader in their respective submarkets.

Fractal is actively recruiting exceptional Heads of School (HoS) to support ongoing growth in North Texas.

Head of School Role

The HoS serves as the dynamic leader of the campus and takes ownership for shaping the school’s identity, culture, and reputation within the community. The role goes beyond daily operations to intentionally build and protect the school’s local brand by setting clear expectations for professionalism, warmth, and excellence in every interaction with children, families, staff, and community partners. The HoS establishes a positive, mission-driven school culture where staff feel supported and held accountable, families feel connected and confident in the program, and children experience a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment.

As the public face of the school, the HoS actively builds relationships within the community, represents the school with credibility and consistency, and ensures that the campus environment, communication, and customer experience reflect the school’s values and standards. Through visible leadership, strong communication, and intentional culture-building, the HoS positions the school as a trusted, respected, and recognizable educational leader in its local market.

The HoS will hold site-level administrators and teachers accountable for meeting quality assurance, licensing, and Texas Rising Star (TRS) accreditation standards at the facility and classroom level. The HoS will work directly with the Area Director and Fractal Education corporate leadership to develop and implement programmatic, operational, and facility management practices, including maintaining the tuition management system while promoting a site-level identity of continuous improvement and professional growth among all staff.

The HoS will directly manage the Program Coordinator and Department Heads, who are responsible for facility level operations and licensing standards. The HoS will report directly to the Area Director, who is responsible for the financial and business management of the center, and will coordinate with the Area Director to manage parent tours and convert enrollment leads. The HoS will also manage the onsite Program Coordinator, who supports the center with site level administration, file management, and logistics.
