Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position in New Jersey, requiring ACLS/BLS certifications and on-call availability including weekend call coverage.

  • Interventional Radiology department serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
  • \n

  • Procedures include traumas and emergencies in addition to routine IR cases
  • \n

  • Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:15 PM
  • \n

  • On-call requirement of a minimum of 7 days per month, including 1 weekend per month (department is closed on weekends, so coverage is handled via call)
  • \n

  • Charting performed in Epic
  • \n

Requirements\n

    \n
  • Active NJ or Compact RN license required
  • \n

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • \n

  • Minimum 1 year of IR nursing experience required
  • \n

  • Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center experience preferred
  • \n

  • Epic EMR experience required
  • \n

  • SSN and DOB required for consideration
  • \n

  • Two current professional references required
  • \n

  • Former RWJBH staff (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the RWJBH health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
