We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Scan, maintain, organize and route client documents electronically and in paper files based on office protocol
- Maintain client due date management software
- Print, assemble and e-mail/mail tax returns as well as other work products and documents
- Prepare, e-mail and manage electronic signature documents and letters
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
