We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Scan, maintain, organize and route client documents electronically and in paper files based on office protocol
  • Maintain client due date management software
  • Print, assemble and e-mail/mail tax returns as well as other work products and documents
  • Prepare, e-mail and manage electronic signature documents and letters
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
