We provide options for single-column or accelerated (assisted) roles, available in both full-time and part-time capacities.
With seven private practice locations throughout the Denver Metro area, we can accommodate diverse scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Document and chart clinical findings
- Inform patients about their periodontal health
- Administer anesthetics for scaling and root planing or sensitive patients (including nitrous oxide)
- Provide periodontal therapy and routine hygiene services
- Apply fluoride and sealants
- Conduct laser procedures (certification will be provided)
- Perform silver diamine fluoride applications (certification will be provided)
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images
- Ensure sterilization and asepsis of instruments, equipment, and treatment areas
- Discuss treatment plans with patients
- Collaborate with the attending dentist on treatment planning and case presentations
- Schedule follow-up appointments to maintain continuity of care
- Adhere to standards of care, OSHA, and HIPAA regulations
- Proficient in Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Educate patients of all ages on effective oral hygiene practices
- Assess for conditions such as gingivitis, periodontitis, cavities, and issues with existing restorations
- Maintain detailed records for each patient visit
- Update patient health histories and periodontal charts annually
Qualifications
- Compassionate and focused on patient care
- Possess an active, unrestricted Colorado dental hygienist license
- Strong communication and diagnostic abilities
- Dependable, positive, and knowledgeable
- Able to diagnose and manage periodontal disease
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Licensed to administer anesthetics
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Diode laser certification is preferred but not mandatory
- Associate’s degree and certification in dental hygiene required; higher education is highly regarded
- Able to stand for extended periods while assisting patients
Compensation
Hourly rate ranges from $43 to $68 (depending on role type)
Bonuses available for ancillary services and achieving goals
