We're growing!! The Allison Hanig-Landrus Agency Inc with American Family Insurance looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Specialist to join our team and help protect what matters most to our customers. As a Sales Specialist, youll market and sell American Family Insurance products, create strong relationships with customers, and bring our brand to life through community involvement. Youll have the tools, resources, and freedom to succeedand the earnings potential to match your ambition.

What Youll Do


Sales & Growth

  • Sell insurance solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Build your network through leads, referrals, and your own creative prospecting.
  • Create and deliver personalized quotes and winning presentations.
  • Conduct account reviews and find opportunities to cross-sell.
  • Meet (and crush) your sales goals while following underwriting guidelines.

Marketing & Outreach

  • Develop bold marketing strategies that get attention and drive leads.
  • Manage our social media presence and digital advertising.
  • Track results and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Use your creativity and passions to expand client base.

Community & Brand Building

  • Get involved in local events and initiatives to grow awareness--freedom to follow your passions.
  • Create meaningful community connections that lead to new business opportunities.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism and personality.

Customer Experience

  • Retain customers through exceptional service and timely follow-up.
  • Process account and policy changes with accuracy and care.

What Youll Bring

Position Type: Agency staff member (not an employee of American Family Insurance)
Work Environment: Office-based with hybrid options; flexibility to be in the communityattending events, networking, and meeting clients face-to-faceto create and grow sales opportunities; occasional evenings/weekends for special events.
Drivers license required.
Location: Minnesota/Wisconsin licensing required.
