Community health organization with multiple clinics throughout Pennsylvania.
Job Description:
This is a patient-facing, administrative support role focused on helping patients navigate the healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus areas include scheduling, pre-registration, registration/check-out, insurance verification, patient reminders, referrals, payment collection, and follow-up appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient service
- Experience with EClinicalWorks preferred
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Dress Code: Business casual
