Job DescriptionAbout the Role
Join a dynamic financial services team during their busiest season of the year—often referred to as their “Super Bowl” period. This contract role is designed to support a high volume of client onboarding and service requests from over 1,200 financial institutions. You’ll be part of a collaborative 4-person client support team, working closely with a relationship manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support through email and phone communication
- Assist with system-related tasks including password resets, branch additions, and bulk order support
- Work within internal platforms such as MPM, Symplexis (gift card program), and TPR (third-party reporting)
- Participate in compliance training and adhere to communication standards
- Shadow team members during onboarding and follow structured training plans
Top Skills & Qualifications
- Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with industry terms like DDA and FI
- Customer Service Excellence: Prompt, professional communication and follow-through
- Business Acumen: Accuracy in quoting timeframes and process steps
- Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
- Technology Awareness: Experience with Salesforce (preferred), Word, and MTM
- Professionalism: Ability to handle strong personalities with curiosity and composure

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
