Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This onsite role, located near La Porte, IN, offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week for the 2026-2027 school year. Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning, development, and delivery of speech-language therapy for students with diverse needs, including assistive technology, augmentative communication, social skills, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and language delays
• Conduct thorough diagnostic and evaluation assessments
• Provide insightful and comprehensive reports following student observations and assessments
• Support students with moderate to severe disabilities, tailoring interventions based on individual developmental needs
• Develop and maintain IEP objectives, ensuring progress is aligned with educational goals
• Foster open and effective communication with both parents and educational staff to discuss student progress and strategies
• Collaborate regularly with an engaged team dedicated to student success

Qualifications:

• Eligible for or current Indiana Professional License (IPLA) and teacher’s license from the Department of Education (IDOE)
• Experience of at least 1 to 2 years as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
