What You’ll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests seeking reservations and information.

Manage reservations for dining, golf, activities, transportation, accommodations, and special events.

Provide prompt, professional, and personalized service over the phone, email, and other communication platforms.

Maintain accurate records and reservation details within club systems.

Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless member and guest experiences.

Anticipate needs, resolve concerns with professionalism, and uphold Haig Point’s high standards of hospitality.
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or a private club environment is preferred.

Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software is a plus.
