LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client's vendor management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background or familiarity with the trades. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding new vendors, including documentation and compliance checks.
- Maintain and update vendor records, contracts, and service agreements.
- Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking.
- Support project managers and field teams with administrative tasks related to vendor services.
- Monitor and report on vendor performance and service delivery.
- Help resolve issues or delays in vendor-related workflows.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and correspondence as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a vendor-facing role.
- Experience or familiarity with trades (construction, maintenance, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hours:
- 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
