LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our client's vendor management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a background or familiarity with the trades. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and scheduling.
  • Assist in onboarding new vendors, including documentation and compliance checks.
  • Maintain and update vendor records, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking.
  • Support project managers and field teams with administrative tasks related to vendor services.
  • Monitor and report on vendor performance and service delivery.
  • Help resolve issues or delays in vendor-related workflows.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and correspondence as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a vendor-facing role.
  • Experience or familiarity with trades (construction, maintenance, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Hours:

  • 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
