A school in Manchester, NH is looking for a certified Sign Language Interpreter to support a high school student throughout the 20252026 academic year. This 1:1, full-time role focuses on providing ASL and interpreting services within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
<ul>

Provide ASL interpretation for all academic and school-based activities
</li>
<li>
Facilitate communication between the student, staff, and peers
</li>
<li>
Teach and reinforce ASL and other sign systems as needed
</li>
<li>
Help ensure classroom comprehension and participation
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
ASL certification required
</li>
<li>
High school diploma (minimum)
</li>
<li>
Several years of experience with ASL and additional sign systems
</li>
<li>
RID certification preferred
</li>
<li>
Active New Hampshire interpreting credentials
</li>
<li>
Prior school-setting experience required
</li>
