Role & Responsibilities
As the Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of Namkeen. Your leadership will shape the overall dining experience, uphold the standards of excellence, and foster an environment where our team thrives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, top-notch food quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and mentor our passionate staff, creating a cohesive team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Guest Satisfaction: We strive to make every visit memorable for our patrons by creating an inviting atmosphere, addressing customer feedback, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth to achieve financial targets.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships within the local community to enhance Namkeen's reputation and customer base.
Qualifications
- Have two years of restaurant management experience and a track record of success in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Food safety and handling certification, or the ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Exceptional leadership skills that inspire and motivate your team.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to manage financial aspects effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
