Title: Executive Associate
Location: 4141 Inland Empire Boulevard, Suite 100, Ontario, CA 91764/Onsite Position
Duration: 3 Months (Potential to convert to FTE)
Shift: Mon to Fri 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $30/hr.
Position Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Executive Associate with a strong background in commercial real estate transactions to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience supporting attorneys and senior brokers in complex real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Overview of Work Environment:
- Reporting to a manager, working with broker team
Day to day tasks | Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to closing.
- Conduct title and survey review; identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases, contracts, and corporate documents.
- Maintain organized files and track critical dates and deliverables.
- Work closely with senior brokers and staff to provide day-to-day support on transaction-related tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and client communications.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Email and Calendar management
Licenses/Certifications:
- Paralegal certification is preferred.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes, title, and survey review.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communication and Collaboration skills
Years of Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate law
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Software skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Basic Computer functions
