About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence

Qualifications:
