THE BASICS
Pay: $120k–$150k/year
Schedule:
- Work anytime between 7 am–7 pm, Monday–Friday
- Evening & weekend availability may be required depending on the season

YOUR DAY AS LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
- Lead a small team of installers and provide on-the-job training
- Execute hands-on installations: ductwork, furnaces, AC units, and heat pumps
- Oversee projects to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with code
- Organize tools, prep job sites, and keep projects running smoothly
- Communicate directly with homeowners-explaining work, answering questions, and walking them through system operation
- Collaborate with the Install Supervisor on timelines and priorities
- Complete and submit accurate job documentation
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
Do you have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy leading others by example? Are you committed to quality work and excellent customer service? If yes, you might be perfect for this position!
We also require:
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- 2 years of previous leadership or crew lead experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques
- EPA Certification required
- Familiarity with Service Titan and Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to lift, install, and maneuver HVAC equipment
